Does this describe your organization?

• We preventatively maintain our technology.  We might need some help keeping on top of it with good tools though.
• We have dedicated internal IT help.  They may not be an expert in all technology areas though.
• We don't need help with workstations.  We may need a specialist now and then for more difficult work.
• We have a manager of some sort that makes IT decisions and tries to keep IT coordinated.  They may or may not be a CTO/CIO.
• Our IT organization is pretty efficient.  We evaluate products before we buy them and consider the consequences of bringing them in to our environment.
• We have an IT budget and try to stick to it.  We may or may not be able to evaluate the value of technology to the company's bottom line though.
• We do document when we can.  We probably don't have enough though and it could be better organized.
• We've really thought about business continuity.  We back up our data reliably.  We may need some help getting it all planned out though.
