Does this describe your organization?
- When our technology breaks, we fix it. We'd like to preventatively maintainour systems but can never seem to get ahead of it.
- We have some light IT help - either a part time consultant or an internal resource with other primary responsibilities.
- Basic workstation support is pretty much covered but we need help with our server and network sometimes.
- Nobody is specifically trained to manage technology as a CTO/CIO (Chief Tecnology/Information Officer).
- We're not sure we're making the most efficient use of what we have.
- We try to keep track of IT costs, but it's hard to really know what we spend on it
- There's no real IT budget and no significant documentation
- We've got some ideas about how to recover from a disaster. We think we're backing up the right data, but would like to be sure.
